QUICK CLEAN SANITARY VALVES

Guardian Designs, working with leading Biotech, Pharmaceutical and Food/Beverage companies, has developed the standard relief valve for the sanitary market.  This unique design allows for Clean-in-Place (CIP) with the valve disc flush with flat surface of the inlet.  The valve can quickly and easily be disassembled for sterilization and reassembled without affecting the set pressure of the relief valve. The valve can be installed vertically, inverted or on a 90 degree angle without affecting the opening pressure.  The Quick Clean Sanitary Relief Valve is a soft seat, modulating relief valve with set pressures from 1 psig to 200 psig (+/- 10%).  Higher pressures are available upon request.  The valve achieves a blowdown ratio of approximately 20% below the set pressure and regains its bubble tight seal when it recloses.

QUICK CLEAN VACUUM BREAKER

Guardian Designs has developed an innovative sanitary vacuum breaker to meet the needs of the Pharmaceutical, Food Processing, Dairy, Brewing and Wastewater Treatment industries.  The Quick Clean Vacuum Breaker provides vacuum relief from 1" Water Column to Full Vacuum (+/- 20%).  The unique design allows for both CIP and quick disassembly for sterilization.  The vacuum breaker can be quickly reassembled without affecting the set pressure of the vacuum breaker.  Guardian Design offers this design in tri-clamp sizes from 3/4" to 6".
